Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase from Sage & Root. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Photos of the issue may be requested
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used hair oils or treatments
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Replacements
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, we’re happy to send a replacement at no additional cost once the issue is verified.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sage & Root is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We recommend double-checking your shipping address at checkout.
