Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
We offer standard shipping method though USPS/UPS, with a delivery timeframe of 3-7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in the U.S.
- Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50.
International Shipping
- Currently, we do not ship internationally.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit:

- We may request photos or proof of damage.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement when appropriate.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Sage & Root is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.
